Ingredients

500 g chicken breast, diced

120 ml honey BBQ sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

300 g high protein elbow macaroni

30 g unsalted butter
-
30 g all-purpose flour

480 ml low-fat milk

120 ml plain Greek yogurt

150 g shredded sharp cheddar cheese

100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

½ teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, season, and cook until fully done.

Stir in honey BBQ sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk to thicken.

Stir in Greek yogurt, cheeses, seasoning, and mustard powder until smooth.

Combine pasta with cheese sauce, then fold in honey BBQ chicken.

Serve warm with optional extra sauce or toppings.
Notes
For best texture, reheat with a splash of milk and stir gently. Adjust BBQ sauce to taste depending on desired sweetness and smokiness.
