A quick and satisfying wrap filled with juicy chicken, melted mozzarella, and savory seasonings, cooked to perfection in the air fryer.
Ingredients

500 g boneless chicken breast, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

¾ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

4 large flour wraps

1 medium onion, sliced

1 medium bell pepper, sliced

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions

Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.

Air fry the chicken at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.

Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make the sauce.

Lightly sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.

Spread sauce on each wrap, add chicken, vegetables, and mozzarella.

Roll tightly and air fry at 180°C for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
Notes
Do not overfill the wraps to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
