Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast, sliced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 cup (120 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 large flour wraps

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Instructions

  • Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and chili flakes.

  • Air fry the chicken at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.

  • Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make the sauce.

  • Lightly sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.

  • Spread sauce on each wrap, add chicken, vegetables, and mozzarella.

  • Roll tightly and air fry at 180°C for 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

Do not overfill the wraps to ensure even cooking. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
