Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts (1 lb / 450 g), sliced

1 cup (120 g) all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1 ½ cups (75 g) panko breadcrumbs

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Vegetable oil for frying (2 cups / 480 ml)

½ cup (170 g) honey

1–2 teaspoons chili flakes

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 romaine lettuce hearts, chopped

½ cup (50 g) shaved Parmesan cheese

1 cup (60 g) croutons

½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 medium russet potatoes (1.5 lb / 680 g)

Instructions

Bread and fry the chicken until golden and crispy.

Warm honey with chili flakes, vinegar, and salt to make hot honey.

Bake seasoned fries at 425°F (220°C) for 30–35 minutes.

Toss romaine with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons.

Top salad with sliced chicken, drizzle with hot honey, and serve with fries.
Notes
Adjust the heat level of the hot honey to suit your preference. For best texture, assemble the salad just before serving.
