Ingredients

1 ½ pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup (120 ml) buffalo-style hot sauce

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 large flour tortillas (about 10 inches / 25 cm)

2 cups (90 g) shredded lettuce

1 cup (150 g) diced tomatoes

½ cup (120 g) shredded cheese

½ cup (120 ml) creamy dressing
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook seasoned chicken for 6–8 minutes until done.

Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in hot sauce, and warm gently.

Toss cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

Warm tortillas until soft.

Fill tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, buffalo chicken, and dressing.

Roll tightly and serve warm.
Notes
