Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ cup (120 ml) buffalo-style hot sauce

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 large flour tortillas (about 10 inches / 25 cm)

  • 2 cups (90 g) shredded lettuce

  • 1 cup (150 g) diced tomatoes

  • ½ cup (120 g) shredded cheese

  • ½ cup (120 ml) creamy dressing


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook seasoned chicken for 6–8 minutes until done.

  • Melt butter in a saucepan, stir in hot sauce, and warm gently.

  • Toss cooked chicken with the buffalo sauce and simmer for 2–3 minutes.

  • Warm tortillas until soft.

  • Fill tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, buffalo chicken, and dressing.

  • Roll tightly and serve warm.

Notes

Adjust the spice level by changing the amount of hot sauce or adding extra dressing. Assemble wraps just before serving for best texture.
