A rich and comforting pasta dish made with tender chicken and a smooth, creamy sauce that’s perfect for any day of the week.
Ingredients

400 g (14 oz) pasta

500 g (1.1 lb) chicken breast, cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion (100 g / 3.5 oz), chopped

240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream

180 ml (¾ cup) chicken broth

60 g (½ cup) grated cheese

1 teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Season chicken and cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.

Melt butter in the same pan, cook onion and garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken broth and cream, simmer gently.

Stir in cheese until smooth.

Add chicken and pasta, toss to combine.

Serve warm.
Notes
Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water or broth. Store leftovers refrigerated and reheat gently for best texture.
