These air fryer baked potatoes deliver crispy skin and fluffy centers with minimal effort, making them a reliable side or main dish for any occasion.
Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes (8–10 ounces each)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.

Pierce each potato 4 to 5 times with a fork.

Rub the potatoes with olive oil and season evenly with salt and black pepper.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.

Cook for 35 to 40 minutes, turning halfway through, until tender in the center.

Notes
