1 cup pizza-style tomato sauce (240 ml / 8 fl oz)

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (120 g / 4.2 oz)

¼ cup sliced black olives (40 g / 1.4 oz)

¼ cup sliced mushrooms (35 g / 1.2 oz)
Instructions

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Cook onion until soft, then add bell pepper and mushrooms.

Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings; simmer for 5 minutes.
