Description

A comforting and indulgent pasta dish featuring tender chicken bites tossed in a velvety garlic butter cream sauce.


Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 500 g (1.1 lb), diced

  • Pasta – 300 g (10.5 oz)

  • Unsalted butter – 60 g (4 tablespoons)

  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic cloves – 6, minced

  • Heavy cream – 360 ml (1½ cups)

  • Chicken broth – 120 ml (½ cup)

  • Grated Parmesan-style cheese – 80 g (¾ cup)

  • Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoons

  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon

  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

  • Red chili flakes (optional) – ¼ teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons


Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 120 ml (½ cup) pasta water, then drain.

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

  • Add chicken broth and simmer briefly, then stir in cream.

  • Return chicken to the skillet, add pasta and cheese, and mix until creamy.

  • Adjust sauce with reserved pasta water as needed.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated cheese and serve immediately while the sauce is at its creamiest.
