A comforting and indulgent pasta dish featuring tender chicken bites tossed in a velvety garlic butter cream sauce.
Ingredients

Chicken breast – 500 g (1.1 lb), diced

Pasta – 300 g (10.5 oz)

Unsalted butter – 60 g (4 tablespoons)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Garlic cloves – 6, minced

Heavy cream – 360 ml (1½ cups)

Chicken broth – 120 ml (½ cup)

Grated Parmesan-style cheese – 80 g (¾ cup)

Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoons

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Red chili flakes (optional) – ¼ teaspoon

Fresh parsley – 2 tablespoons
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 120 ml (½ cup) pasta water, then drain.

Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add chicken broth and simmer briefly, then stir in cream.

Return chicken to the skillet, add pasta and cheese, and mix until creamy.

Adjust sauce with reserved pasta water as needed.

Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated cheese and serve immediately while the sauce is at its creamiest.
