Ingredients

  • Shrimp: 1½ pounds (680 g), peeled and deveined

  • Garlic: 6 cloves, finely minced

  • Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (56 g), melted

  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese: ¾ cup (75 g)

  • Salt: ¾ teaspoon (4 g)

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon (1 g)

  • Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon (2 g)

  • Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Toss until evenly coated.

  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese and gently toss again.

  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  • Roast for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and lightly golden.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
