Ingredients

Shrimp: 1½ pounds (680 g), peeled and deveined

Garlic: 6 cloves, finely minced

Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (56 g), melted

Olive oil: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Grated Parmesan cheese: ¾ cup (75 g)

Salt: ¾ teaspoon (4 g)

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon (1 g)

Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon (2 g)

Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons (30 ml)

Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine shrimp, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Toss until evenly coated.

Add the grated Parmesan cheese and gently toss again.

Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Roast for 8–10 minutes, until shrimp are opaque and lightly golden.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
