Ingredients

  • Warm water: 1 ½ cups (360 ml)

  • Active dry yeast: 2 ¼ teaspoons

  • Granulated sugar: 1 tablespoon

  • All-purpose flour: 4 cups (500 g)

  • Fine sea salt: 2 teaspoons

  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons

  • Crushed tomatoes: 1 ½ cups (360 g)

  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon

  • Dried oregano: 1 teaspoon

  • Dried basil: ½ teaspoon

  • Salt: ¾ teaspoon

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese: 3 cups (300 g)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese: ½ cup (50 g)

  • Sliced bell peppers: 1 cup (150 g)

  • Sliced mushrooms: 1 cup (70 g)

  • Sliced olives: ½ cup (75 g)

  • Red onion, thinly sliced: ½ cup (60 g)


Instructions

  • Mix warm water, yeast, and sugar and let stand until foamy.

  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil and knead until smooth.

  • Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

  • Press dough into an oiled sheet pan and let rise again.

  • Mix sauce ingredients and spread evenly over dough.

  • Add cheese and toppings.

  • Bake at 220°C (425°F) for 18–22 minutes.

  • Cool slightly, slice, and serve.
