½ cup heavy cream
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening sauce)

Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
-
(Optional) In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side until lightly golden.
-
Place the chicken in the Crockpot. In a separate bowl, mix chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken.
-
Cover and cook on low for 4–6 hours, until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and is tender.

Serve chicken over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes, spooning sauce on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
