2 pounds baby potatoes, halved or quartered

14 ounces smoked beef or turkey sausage, sliced

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¾ cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Toss potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Add sliced smoked sausage and mix well.

Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.

Pour heavy cream over the top and dot with butter.

Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.

Remove foil, stir gently, and bake for 15 minutes more.

Sprinkle cheeses evenly over the top.

Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.

Notes
For best results, use freshly shredded cheese and evenly cut potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days and reheat well in the oven.
