1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (65 g) cornstarch

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

Vegetable oil for frying

½ cup (120 g) mayonnaise

2 tablespoons hot chili sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

Mix buttermilk, chili paste, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Marinate chicken for at least 4 hours.

Combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and spices in a bowl.
