Ingredients

500 g (1 lb) boneless chicken breast, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon cornstarch

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

250 g (9 oz) wheat or egg noodles

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

6 cloves garlic, finely minced

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons oyster-style sauce

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

120 ml (½ cup) chicken broth

1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions

Toss the sliced chicken with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Sauté garlic in the same pan until fragrant.

Add soy sauce, oyster-style sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and chicken broth. Simmer gently.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

Return chicken and noodles to the pan and toss until evenly coated.
