Instructions

  • Place sweet potato chunks in a large pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and let cool slightly.

  • Add melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.
