3 cups Rice Chex
3 cups Corn Chex
3 cups Wheat Chex
1 cup pretzel sticks
1 cup roasted peanuts
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, pretzel sticks, and roasted peanuts.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, thyme, oregano, and red pepper flakes.

  • Slowly drizzle the butter-spice mixture over the Chex mixture. Gently fold to coat all pieces evenly.

  • Spread the coated Chex mix on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely on the baking sheet.
