Ingredients
For the Prime Rib Tacos:

Instructions

Slice or shred the leftover prime rib into thin, bite-sized pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss the sliced prime rib in the spice mixture until evenly coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned prime rib and sear for 2–3 minutes, just until warmed through and slightly caramelized.
