Description

These air fryer potato slices are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and made with simple ingredients. Perfect as a snack or an easy side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes (about 900 g / 2 lb)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (2 g)

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme (1 g)


Instructions

  • Wash and dry the potatoes, then slice them into 1/4 inch (0.6 cm) rounds.

  • Place the potato slices in a bowl and toss with olive oil until evenly coated.

  • Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried herbs, tossing well.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

  • Arrange the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

  • Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.

  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
