Description

Creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor, these Crack Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing favorite perfect for gatherings or cozy meals at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 680 g (1.5 lb) boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 120 ml (½ cup) ranch-style dressing

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 120 g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 120 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 90 g (¾ cup) cooked turkey strips, chopped

  • 12 slider buns

  • 45 g (3 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • ½ tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  • Cook chicken until tender, then shred.

  • Mix cream cheese, dressing, and seasonings until smooth.

  • Stir in chicken, cheeses, and turkey strips.

  • Spread mixture over bottom buns and cover with tops.

  • Brush with seasoned butter.

  • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes covered, then 8–10 minutes uncovered.

Notes

Let sliders rest briefly before serving for cleaner slices and better texture.
