A cozy, cheesy, pizza-inspired ramen bowl that comes together in minutes and transforms simple ingredients into a comforting, flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet ramen noodles (3 oz / 85 g), seasoning discarded

  • 1 cup (240 ml) marinara sauce

  • 1 cup (240 ml) low-sodium vegetable broth or chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) butter

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/2 cup (56 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup (28 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) diced bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup (30 g) sliced mushrooms

  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) sliced black olives

  • 2 tablespoons (10 g) chopped green onions

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • In a medium pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in oregano, basil, garlic powder, and onion powder for 30 seconds.

  • Add marinara sauce and broth. Bring to a gentle simmer.

  • Add bell peppers and mushrooms. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

  • Add ramen noodles and cook until tender, about 2–3 minutes.

  • Stir in mozzarella and cheddar until fully melted.

  • Add olives and green onions. Adjust seasoning.

  • Serve hot.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add 1 tablespoon of cream cheese. Add fresh spinach, extra veggies, or your preferred protein to customize the dish.
