A quick and comforting sweet snack made in the air fryer with crisp edges and a soft, cinnamon-scented center.
Ingredients

4 slices white or brioche bread, cut into quarters

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

Pinch of salt

Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions

Cut the bread slices into quarters and place them in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, milk, and salt until smooth.

Pour the mixture over the bread pieces and gently toss to coat evenly.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange the bread pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp.

Remove and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Use slightly stale bread for the best texture. Adjust sweetness to taste, and enjoy immediately for the crispiest results.
