Onion, diced (1 medium / 150 g)

Garlic, minced (4 cloves / 12 g)

Tomato paste (2 tablespoons / 30 g)

Crushed tomatoes (1 cup / 240 g)

Beef broth (1 cup / 240 ml)

Heavy cream (1 cup / 240 ml)

Italian seasoning (1 tablespoon / 9 g)

Paprika (1 teaspoon / 2 g)

Salt (1 teaspoon / 6 g)

Black pepper (½ teaspoon / 1 g)

Grated Parmesan-style cheese (½ cup / 50 g)

Fresh parsley, chopped (2 tablespoons / 8 g)
Instructions

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown ground beef over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, then stir in garlic.

Mix in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, broth, and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes.

Stir in cream and gently simmer until thickened.

Add pasta and reserved pasta water as needed.

Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
