Description

Transform the fiery, tangy flavors of Buffalo wings into a cozy, oven-baked casserole. Juicy chicken breasts are drenched in a zesty buffalo-mayo mix, topped with melted cheeses for a crowd-pleasing, family-friendly meal. Perfect for weeknights or gatherings.


Ingredients

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup buffalo sauce
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
1 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and garlic powder
Place chicken in a baking dish and spoon the buffalo mixture over it
Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and all cheddar over the chicken
Top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella
Bake 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden
Let rest 10-15 minutes before serving
