Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
6 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 lemon, zested and juiced (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil (optional for skillet)
Instructions
Season chicken breasts with thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and paprika
Add chicken to crockpot, scatter garlic on top, place butter on top
Add chicken broth and lemon zest/juice (if using)
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours
Optional: Sauté in skillet for 5 mins for crispier top before serving
