Ingredients
12 oz penne or bowtie pasta
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream or whole milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, drain
Transfer pasta to crockpot
Add garlic, butter, Parmesan, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and oregano
Stir well
Cook on low for 2.5-3 hours until pasta is tender
Notes
Use penne or farfalle (bowtie) for best sauce retention
Milk works as a lighter alternative to cream
Leftovers stay fresh in airtight containers for 3 days
