Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tsp lemon zest
3–5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper
In a small bowl, mix lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, and oregano
Pour the sauce over the chicken in a crockpot, ensuring it is fully coated
Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours
