Description
A 30-minute restaurant-quality dish with tender garlic salmon, fragrant jasmine rice, and a rich honey-lemon garlic sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or easy meal prep.
Ingredients
4 (6 oz) salmon fillets, skin-on or skinless
2 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant
Add soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and salt; simmer 2 minutes
Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook 3-4 minutes per side
Transfer salmon to a plate and keep warm
Using the same sauce, drizzle over rice and salmon
Serve salmon directly on top of rice
Notes
Use skin-on salmon for extra moisture
Cooked rice can be substituted with brown rice or cauliflower rice
Add steamed broccoli or cucumber for extra freshness
Store leftover sauce in the fridge for 3-4 days
