Description

A fresh, flavorful wrap filled with juicy grilled chicken, crisp vegetables, creamy sauce, and wrapped in a soft tortilla for an easy and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

For Chicken:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon lemon juice

For Filling:

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup sliced cucumber

1 red bell pepper, sliced

½ cup shredded carrots

½ red onion, sliced

1 avocado, sliced

For Sauce:

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

Mix marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Marinate 20 minutes.

Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Rest and slice.

Whisk sauce ingredients together.

Warm tortillas.

Spread sauce on tortillas.

Add lettuce, chicken, vegetables, and avocado.

Fold and roll tightly into wraps.

Optional: toast wraps in a skillet for crisp edges.

Serve immediately.

Notes

Warm tortillas before rolling for easier wrapping.

Store fillings separately for meal prep.

Add your favorite vegetables to customize.

Toasting the wraps adds excellent texture.
