Description

A simple and flavorful one-pan meal featuring tender salmon and roasted asparagus with bright lemon and herbs.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (170200 g / 67 oz each)

450 g (1 lb) asparagus, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil (45 ml)

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt (5 g)

½ teaspoon black pepper (2.5 g)

1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)

1 teaspoon dried oregano (5 g)

2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)

1 lemon, sliced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (8 g)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet.

Toss asparagus with 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place salmon on the sheet and pat dry.

Mix remaining oil, garlic, spices, and lemon juice.

Spoon mixture over salmon and top with lemon slices.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon is flaky.

Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

Use fresh salmon for best flavor.

Avoid overcrowding the pan for even roasting.

Adjust seasoning to taste.
