Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 cups fresh baby spinach
4 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Place chicken in a baking dish and spread cream cheese mixture over the top
Top with spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, and half the mozzarella
Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked and golden, then sprinkle remaining mozzarella
